Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g. Paystack). We collect transaction records and payment status. We do NOT store full card or banking details.
3.4 Location Data
We collect location data to match customers with nearby contractors and enable navigation and job tracking. Location data may include real-time GPS location and addresses entered by users. Location access is only used when necessary and can be controlled in your device settings.

We may collect device information, IP address, app usage activity, and log data (timestamps, interactions).
3.6 Contractor-Specific Information
For contractors, we may collect: service areas, skills and experience, uploaded documents, and ratings and performance data.
We use your information to: create and manage user accounts, match customers with contractors, process payments, enable communication and job tracking, improve platform performance, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Customers can view contractor profiles. Contractors receive customer job details.
